Critical Infra partnership with Poznan continues

2026-06-04 20:03 ET - News Release

Mr. Brenton Scott reports

CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDES AN UPDATE TO ITS EXECUTED LETTER OF INTENT WITH H. CEGIELSKI - POZNAN S.A. TO ESTABLISH A STRATEGIC NEXUS 20 PARTNERSHIP IN POLAND

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has provided an update to its executed letter of intent with H. Cegielski Poznan SA, a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa SA, one of Poland's leading defence and industrial groups. HCP, headquartered in Poznan, is a historic and strategically significant manufacturing enterprise within the Polish defence sector, establishing a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in central and eastern Europe.

The LOI reflects a shared intent to combine Critical Infrastructure's Nexus 20 technology with HCP's established manufacturing, integration and support capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and North Atlantic Treaty Organization's Eastern Flank.

Update

The agreed road map under the LOI to advance the partnership was:

  • A visit by Brenton Scott, chief executive officer of Critical Infrastructure, to HCP headquarters in Poznan to progress and finalize commercial, technical and logistical arrangements;
  • Delivery of the first Nexus 20 prototype unit to HCP's Poznan facility for technical evaluation, training and proof-of-concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders.

Between May 20 and May 24, Mr. Scott visited HCP Headquarters in Poznan inspecting the various factories, with discussions well advanced in establishing a long-term strategic partnership.

The first Nexus 20 has been dispatched to HCP's Poznan facility and will arrive late July, 2026.

Scope of intended co-operation

Under the LOI, Critical Infrastructure and HCP intend to collaborate in the following areas:

  • Production and assembly: establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the central and eastern European region;
  • Technology transfer: facilitating the transfer of technical know-how to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training and operational support;
  • Strategic market expansion: leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ group and Critical Infrastructure's international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts.

Strengthening regional security

The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations. By combining Critical Infrastructure's advanced platform technology with HCP's industrial manufacturing capabilities and deep integration within the Polish defence sector, the partnership aims to deliver a world-class, sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients.

"This partnership represents a significant step forward in CiTech's international expansion strategy and will complement the establishment of our EU headquarters in Latvia," said Mr. Scott, chief executive officer of Critical Infrastructure Technologies. "By working alongside HCP and the PGZ group, we are positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defence capabilities across central and eastern Europe."
