OMEGRO ENTERS THE UK FLEET MANAGEMENT VERTICAL WITH THE ACQUISITION OF VERILOCATION

Constellation Software Inc.'s Omegro has acquired Verilocation, a provider of fleet management and telematics software solutions. Based in Northampton, U.K., Verilocation capitalizes on its deep expertise in fleet technology to deliver powerful, data-driven solutions that help businesses optimize performance, improve safety and stay ahead of the curve.

Founded in 1999, Verilocation serves over 1,000 customers through its product suite of telematics, temperature monitoring and artificial-intelligence-powered camera systems. The business has a proven record of helping fleets of any size become smarter, safer and more efficient.
