CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE INC. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF VOTING FOR DIRECTORS AT ANNUAL GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Constellation Software Inc. has released the results of the vote on directors at its May 13, 2025, annual general shareholder meeting. Each of the nine nominees listed in the corporation's management proxy circular dated March 28, 2025, was elected as a director. Voting was conducted by ballot with the following voting results.

Final voting results on all matters voted on at the annual meeting held on May 13, 2025, will be filed with the Canadian securities regulators.

Jeff Bender, Susan Gayner, Mark Miller, Lori O'Neill, Dexter Salna, Barry Symons and Robin Van Poelje did not stand for re-election to the corporation's board of directors at the AGM. The corporation wishes to thank each of the directors for their contributions as board members.
