The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Constellation Software Inc. has amended the interest rate on its unsecured subordinated floating rate debentures, Series 1 (symbol CSU.DB), effective at the open on March 31, 2024. According to the TSX, the current interest rate on the outstanding principal amount of debentures is 13.3 per cent per year. Effective March 31, 2024, the interest rate applicable to the debentures will be reset to 10.4 per cent per year.

The TSX notes that the new interest rate is equal to the annual average percentage change in the all items consumer price index published by Statistics Canada during the 12-month period ending on Dec. 31, 2023, plus 6.5 per cent.
