CAPSTONE COPPER ANNOUNCES 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

Capstone Copper Corp. has released the voting results from its 2023 annual general and special meeting (AGM) held on May 3, 2023, in Vancouver, B.C. A total of 524,341,372 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 75.58 per cent of the votes attached to all outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, as shown in the attached table.
