CT REIT DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2025 TO JULY 31, 2025

The trustees of CT Real Estate Investment Trust have declared a distribution for the period from July 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025, of 7.903 cents per trust unit, payable Aug. 15, 2025, to unitholders of record on July 31, 2025. This distribution, if annualized, would represent a rate of 94.836 cents per annum.
