CT Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution for the period of April 1, 2024, to April 30, 2024, of 7.485 cents per trust unit, payable May 15, 2024, to unitholders of record on April 30, 2024. This distribution, if annualized, would represent a rate of 89.821 cents per year.
