CT REIT DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR THE PERIOD OF MARCH 1, 2024 TO MARCH 31, 2024

The trustees of CT Real Estate Investment Trust have declared a distribution for the period of March 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024, of 7.485 cents per trust unit, payable April 15, 2024, to unitholders of record on March 29, 2024. This distribution, if annualized, would represent a rate of 89.821 cents per annum.
