CT Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution for the period of Feb. 1, 2024, to Feb. 29, 2024, of 7.485 cents per trust unit, payable March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record on Feb. 29, 2024. This distribution, if annualized, would represent a rate of 89.821 cents per year.
