CT REIT DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2024 TO JANUARY 31, 2024

CT Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution for the period of Jan. 1, 2024, to Jan. 31, 2024, of 7.485 cents per trust unit, payable on Feb. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record on Jan. 31, 2024. This distribution, if annualized, would represent a rate of 89.821 cents per year.
