CT REIT DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR THE PERIOD OF DECEMBER 1, 2023 TO DECEMBER 31, 2023

The trustees of CT Real Estate Investment Trust have declared a distribution for the period of Dec. 1, 2023, to Dec. 31, 2023, of 7.485 cents per trust unit, payable Jan. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record on Dec. 29, 2023. This distribution, if annualized, would represent a rate of 89.821 cents per annum.
