CERES GLOBAL AG CORP. ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM 2024 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Ceres Global Ag Corp. has released the results of its annual meeting of shareholders, held on Nov. 25, 2024.
The nominees listed in the management information circular dated Nov. 1, 2024, were elected as directors of the corporation. All directors were elected for another term.
The results of the vote are provided in the attached table.
In addition, at the annual meeting of shareholders, the shareholders of the corporation appointed Baker Tilly WM LLP as the auditor of the corporation for the ensuing year.

As announced on Dec. 10, 2024, Carlos Paz resigned as president, chief executive officer and a director of the corporation, effective Dec. 31, 2024.

(a short-line railway located in southeastern Saskatchewan with a range of 130 kilometres).
