The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation regarding an exploration agreement dated Feb. 28, 2025, between the company and the Aroland First Nation (AFN) and Animbiigoo Zaagi'igan Anishinaabek (AZA, and together with AFN, the first nations), whereby the company and the first nations agreed to a framework for collaboration on the exploration program for the Marshall Lake copper-zinc-silver-gold VMS (volcanic massive sulphide) property.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will issue 250,000 common shares for each of the first nations.
