OSTROM ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CFO AND GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Ostrom Climate Solutions Inc. has appointed Colin Haddock as the company's interim chief financial officer. Mr. Haddock is the CFO at RC Morris Capital, an investment advisory, wealth management and capital markets firm.

The company's board has granted an aggregate of 5,125,000 incentive stock options to officers, directors, employees and consultants to the company at a per-share price of 10 cents for a period of five years from the date of grant. The stock options are subject to vesting provisions as set by the company's board.
