The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of Simulacra Corp. The consideration paid is 75 million common shares and 7.5 million stock options with an exercise price of 15 U.S. cents and an expiry date of 10 years from the closing date. Additionally, pursuant to the share purchase agreement, the company may issue 10 million common shares if revenue targets of $8-million (U.S.) are achieved within any 12-month period during the first 24 months following the closing date and additional 10 million common shares if revenue targets of $10-million (U.S.) are achieved within any 12-month period between months 24 and 48 following the closing date.
