CN DECLARES THIRD-QUARTER 2023 DIVIDEND

Canadian National Railway Company's board of directors has approved a third quarter 2023 dividend on the company's common shares outstanding. A quarterly dividend of 79 cents per common share will be paid on Sept. 29, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 8, 2023.
