The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of five mining claims located in Ontario, pursuant to a purchase agreement, entered into between Canada Nickel Company Inc. and an arm's-length party (the vendor).

As consideration for the acquisition, the company will issue 10,000 common shares to the vendor.
