Further to the bulletin which was issued on Jan. 25, 2022, the dividend record date has been corrected to Feb. 7, 2022, from Feb. 2, 2022. As a result, the ex dividend date has changed to Feb. 4, 2022, from Feb. 1, 2022.

All other dividend information remains unchanged:  payment on Feb. 23, 2022, in the amount of 1.25 cents per share
