CIBC DECLARES DIVIDENDS FOR THE QUARTER ENDING APRIL 30, 2024

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has declared a dividend of 90 cents per share on common shares for the quarter ending April 30, 2024, payable on April 29, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2024.

The board of directors also declared the following dividends per share:

• For the period ending April 30, 2024, payable on April 29, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2024:
  • Series 39 -- 23.2063 cents;
  • Series 41 -- 24.4313 cents;
  • Series 43 -- 19.6438 cents;
  • Series 47 -- 36.7375 cents;
  • Series 49 -- 32.5 cents;
  • Series 51 -- 32.1875 cents;
  • Series 56 -- $36.825.
