CANASIL TO HOLD AGM ON AUGUST 7, 2025, AGM MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON COMPANY WEBSITE

Canasil Resources Inc.'s annual general meeting (AGM) covering the 2023 and 2024 financial years will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 7, 2025, in the boardroom, second floor, 567 Hornby St., Vancouver, B.C., V6C 2E8. The AGM materials and all necessary documents for voting at the AGM, including the notice and information circular, proxy forms, VIF (voting information form) and financial information request card are available on the company's website.

The company has filed the application to the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC), together with the associated fees and documents required, for the revocation of the cease trade order (CTO), issued on Dec. 6, 2023. The application is currently under review by BCSC with the understanding that there is no change in the company's business plan and objectives or its share structure, which remain the same as before the issuance of the CTO. The company plans to apply for a reinstatement of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and is actively pursuing opportunities to advance its mineral property portfolio.
