CANASIL ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF MCTO

Effective June 23, 2023, the British Columbia Securities Commission revoked the temporary management cease trade order (the MCTO) issued against certain insiders of Canasil Resources Inc. on May 3, 2023. The company thanks its shareholders for their patience during the period that the MCTO was in effect.

As previously announced, the MCTO was issued due to the expected delay in filing the company's audited financial statements for the financial year ended Dec. 31, 2022, and the accompanying management's discussion and analysis and related certifications.
