The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Cargojet Inc.'s 5.75 per cent listed senior unsecured hybrid debentures due April 30, 2024, will be halted at the open and delisted at the close on Dec. 29, 2023. According to the TSX, the company will redeem the debentures on Dec. 29, 2023, for $1,009.42361111 per $1,000 principal amount, representing $1,000 principal amount and $9.42361111 of accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The TSX notes that the debentures are not convertible into common and variable voting shares of the company. Trades on Dec. 27, 2023, and Dec. 28, 2023, will settle on Dec. 28, 2023. For more information, see the company's news release dated Nov. 14, 2023.
