CARGOJET DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Cargojet Inc. has declared a cash dividend of 28.6 cents per common voting share and variable voting share for the period from July 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2023. The record date for determining shareholders of the corporation entitled to receive payment of the dividend of the corporation shall be Sept. 20, 2023, and the payment date for such dividend shall be on or before Oct. 5, 2023. The dividend will be an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
