The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Cardinal Energy Ltd. will list an additional 12.1 million common shares at the open on Feb. 4, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $8.65 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Jan. 30, 2026, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated March 28, 2024.
