CHESSWOOD GROUP LIMITED ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2023 DIVIDEND

Chesswood Group Ltd. has declared a dividend in an amount of one cent per share for the month of November, payable on Dec. 15, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 30, 2023.

Chesswood Group advises that the dividend declared for the month ending Nov. 30, 2023, will be an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation.
