TORONTO, June 21, 2023 /CNW/ - Chesswood Group Limited (TSX: CHW) today announced that a dividend in an amount of five cents($0.05) per share has been declared for the month of June, payable on July 17, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2023.
Chesswood Group Limited advises that the dividend declared for the month ending June 30, 2023 will not be eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation.
