CHESSWOOD GROUP LIMITED ANNOUNCES JUNE 2023 DIVIDEND

Chesswood Group Ltd. has declared a dividend in an amount of five cents per share for the month of June, payable on July 17, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2023.

Chesswood Group advises that the dividend declared for the month ending June 30, 2023, will not be an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation.
