The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Chorus Aviation Inc.'s 5.75 per cent senior unsecured debentures will be halted at the open and delisted at the close on Dec. 31, 2024. According to the TSX, the debentures will mature on Dec. 31, 2024, and the repayment price on maturity will be $1,028.75 per $1,000 principal amount, representing $1,000 principal amount and $28.75 for accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the maturity date.

The TSX notes that the holders of the debentures need not take any action to receive the payment price on maturity. Trades on Dec. 30, 2024, will settle on the same day. The debentures are not convertible into voting and variable voting shares of the company at the option of the holders at any time.
