ISS AND GLASS LEWIS RECOMMEND CHORUS SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE THE SALE OF CHORUS' REGIONAL AIRCRAFT LEASING SEGMENT

Leading independent proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. and Glass, Lewis & Co. LLC have recommended that Chorus Aviation Inc. shareholders vote for the resolution to approve the sale of the assets comprising Chorus's regional aircraft leasing segment at the coming special meeting on Sept. 25, 2024.

Chorus's board of directors has unanimously determined that the transaction is in the best interest of Chorus and unanimously recommends that shareholders vote for the resolution relating to the transaction.
