ADVISORY - CHORUS AVIATION TO HOLD VIRTUAL ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Chorus Aviation Inc. will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at 11 a.m. Eastern Time.

Shareholders of record on March 24, 2023, or their duly appointed proxyholders will have equal opportunity to participate at the meeting on-line regardless of their geographic location. The webcast will be available on-line.

Proxyholders must be appointed in accordance with the instructions set out within Chorus's management proxy circular no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time on May 5, 2023.

Please refer to Chorus's circular for information on how to participate in the meeting. Chorus has adopted the notice-and-access method of delivering the circular for the meeting. This means that the circular is posted on-line on the company's website and on SEDAR.

A recording will be available beginning approximately 24 hours after the meeting on the company's website.
