GRID BATTERY REPORTS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

Grid Battery Metals Inc.'s 2025 annual general meeting was held today, Wednesday, July 9, 2025, and all resolutions proposed to the shareholders were approved, with over 99.86 per cent or more voting in favour in all categories. The resolutions approved are as follows:

1. The following individuals were re-elected as directors of the company: Tim Fernback, Robert Setter, Ali Alizadeh and Solange Khan;
2. SHIM & Associates LLP, chartered professional accountants, was appointed as the company's auditor.
3. The amendment to the company's 20-per-cent fixed stock option plan was approved.

The board of directors appointed the following officers of the company for the ensuing year:

• Mr. Fernback as president and chief executive officer;
• Robert Guanzon as chief financial officer;
• Tina Whyte as corporate secretary.

Mr. Fernback, Mr. Alizadeh and Mr. Khan were appointed members of the audit committee for the upcoming year.
