The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the non-arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in 17 mineral claims comprising 27,525.24 hectares, located in north-central British Columbia. The company will issue five million shares at a deemed value of five cents per share to AC/DC Battery Metals Inc. and pay $48,172.15 cash.

No finder's fee was paid.
