GRID BATTERY EXTENDS AGREEMENT WITH TD MEDIA D/B/A LIFE WATER MEDIA TO PROVIDE MEDIA SERVICES

Further to the news release dated Sept. 15, 2023, announcing the engagement of TD Media LLC doing business as Life Water Media LLC to help raise on-line marketing awareness and to provide a comprehensive digital media marketing campaign for the company, the parties have agreed to amend certain terms of the digital marketing service agreement, which agreement was approved by the TSX Venture Exchange on Sept. 28, 2023.

The amended terms are that the company will pay an additional fee of $300,000 (U.S.) to the consultant and extend the agreement for an additional two-month term upon approval by the exchange.

Life Water Media and Grid Battery are not related parties and operate at arm's length. Neither Life Water Media, nor its principals have any interest in the company's securities, directly or indirectly, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
