CLOUD DX WILL REPORT FISCAL YEAR 2023 RESULTS AND HOLD EARNINGS CALL ON APRIL 29, 2024

Cloud Dx Inc. will post its fiscal year 2023 financial results after market open on Monday, April 29, 2024.

At 2 p.m. Eastern Time that same day, Robert Kaul, chief executive officer, will host an on-line earnings call to discuss financial results to Dec. 31, 2023, as well as recent events of interest to investors.
