CLOUD DX WILL REPORT SECOND QUARTER AND FIRST SIX MONTHS 2023 RESULTS AND HOLD EARNINGS CALL ON AUGUST 29, 2023

Cloud Dx Inc. will release its financial results for the second quarter and first six months of 2023 after market open on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2023.

At 2 p.m. ET (11 a.m. PT) that same day, chief executive officer Robert Kaul will host an on-line earnings call to discuss financial results to June 30, 2023, as well as recent events of interest to investors.

"Cloud Dx is looking forward to announcing and discussing second quarter and first half year 2023 financial results.
