CLOUD DX WILL REPORT FIRST QUARTER 2023 RESULTS AND HOLD EARNINGS CALL ON MAY 29, 2023

Cloud Dx Inc. will post its Q1 2023 financial results after market open on Monday, May 29, 2023.

At 2 p.m. EST on the same day, chief executive officer Robert Kaul will host an on-line earnings call to discuss financial results to March 31, 2023, as well as recent events of interest to investors.
