CAPREIT ANNOUNCES TIMING OF FIRST QUARTER 2024 RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Canadian Apartment Properties REIT will issue its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2024, after market close on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

A conference call to discuss the results will be hosted by the Canadian Apartment Properties senior management team on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 9 a.m. ET.
