CAPREIT ANNOUNCES TIMING OF THIRD QUARTER 2023 RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Canadian Apartment Properties REIT will issue its financial results for the three and nine months ended Sept. 30, 2023, after markets close on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023.

A conference call to discuss the results will be hosted by the REIT's senior management team on Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, at 9 a.m. ET.
