BZAM COMPLETES SALE OF MAPLE RIDGE FACILITY

BZAM Ltd., further to its Sept. 19, 2023, news release, has now completed the sale of its Maple Ridge, B.C., facility. Per the sale agreement between the company and an arm's-length party, total gross proceeds received from the transaction were $3.8-million. In keeping with the company's plan to reduce debt, 50 per cent of the total net proceeds from the transaction, after commission and costs, amounting to $1,845,842, has been applied to the term portion of company's credit facility. The remaining proceeds will be held in cash.
