The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Boyd Group Services Inc. will list an additional 5,532,000 common shares at the open on Nov. 4, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares at $141 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the prospectus supplement dated Oct. 29, 2025.
