BOYD GROUP SERVICES INC. ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2023 CASH DIVIDEND

Boyd Group Services Inc. will pay a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2023 of 14.7 cents per common share. The dividend will be payable on July 27, 2023, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2023.

Shareholders who are non-residents of Canada will be subject to withholding taxes in respect of any dividends made by Boyd Group Services.
