BOARDWALKTECH ANNOUNCES 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

Boardwalktech Software Corp. has provided the voting results from its 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders.

The meeting was held Nov. 24, 2025, at the company's Cupertino, Calif., office and streamed on-line. Detailed results of the vote are set out below.

Appointment of auditor

Shareholders voted 99.949 per cent in favour of the approval of the appointment of MNP LLP as the company's auditor, with 0.051 per cent of shareholders withholding their vote on the appointment of the auditor.

Approval of equity incentive plan

Shareholders voted 77.598 per cent in favour of the approval of the equity incentive plan of the corporation and certain amendments thereto, as more fully described in the circular, with 22.402 per cent of shareholders voting against.

Total shareholder voting

A total of 11,477,666 common shares were voted in connection at the meeting, representing approximately 16.32 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company.
