BRAVADA PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

Bravada Gold Corp. incumbent directors as displayed herein were re-elected at the company's annual general meeting held on Jan. 26, 2024: Joseph A. Kizis Jr., Lawrence Page, K.C., Michael Rowley, G. Ross McDonald, John Kerr and Nigel Bunting. In addition, the shareholders reappointed Smythe LLP, chartered accountants, as auditor of Bravada and approved the company's rolling incentive stock option plan pursuant to which a maximum of 10 per cent of the issued shares will be reserved for issuance under the plan. The plan is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.

The following officers were reappointed subsequent to the annual general meeting: Mr. Kizis Jr. as president, Mr. Page as chairman, Graham Thatcher as chief financial officer and Arie Page as corporate secretary.
