BURCON ACHIEVES FIRST COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION OF PURATEIN C CANOLA PROTEIN

Burcon NutraScience Corp. has begun commercial production at the Galesburg facility of Puratein C, its 90-per-cent-plus high-purity canola protein isolate, available for immediate delivery to customers. This milestone represents a major step forward in Burcon's strategy to scale revenue and expand its portfolio of next-generation plant proteins for use in food, beverage, foodservice, nutrition and nutraceutical product applications.
