B2GOLD SECOND QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS – CONFERENCE CALL DETAILS

B2Gold Corp. will release its second quarter 2025 financial results after the North American markets close on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025.

B2Gold executives will host a conference call to discuss the results on Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, at 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET.
