BTB ANNOUNCES ITS DISTRIBUTION FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2023

BTB Real Estate Investment Trust has declared its monthly cash distribution for the month of August, 2023, at 2.5 cents per unit, representing 30 cents per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on Sept. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record on Aug. 31, 2023.

About BTB Real Estate Investment Trust

BTB is a REIT that invests in industrial, off-downtown core office and necessity-based retail properties across Canada for the benefit of investors. As of today, BTB owns and manages 75 properties, representing a total leasable area of approximately 6.1 million square feet.
