BTB ANNOUNCES ITS DISTRIBUTION FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 2023

BTB Real Estate Investment Trust's monthly cash distribution for the month of July, 2023, is 2.5 cents per unit, representing 30 cents per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on Aug. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record on July 31, 2023.
