The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that KAVO Holdings Ltd. has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 140,000 common shares of Bragg Gaming Group Inc. According to the TSX, KAVO currently holds 4,647,000 shares. The earliest sale date is Sept. 14, 2023.
