BROMPTON FLAHERTY & CRUMRINE INVESTMENT GRADE PREFERRED ETF ANNOUNCES INCREASED DISTRIBUTIONS

Brompton Funds has declared an increase in monthly distributions for record dates from January, 2024, to March, 2024, for Brompton Flaherty & Crumrine Investment Grade Preferred ETF.

The new distribution rate for the fund of $1.32 per annum, or 5.96 per cent based on the Toronto Stock Exchange closing price of $22.13 on Jan. 23, 2024, represents a 5.6-per-cent increase from the previous level of $1.25 per annum. Brompton Flaherty & Crumrine Investment Grade Preferred ETF has paid 62 consecutive monthly distributions since inception on Oct. 15, 2018, for total distributions of $6.51 per unit. BPRF.U is the unhedged unit and will also enjoy an annual distribution rate of $1.32 (U.S.) per unit, an increase from the previous rate of $1.25 (U.S.) per annum.

Unitholders are reminded that the fund offers a distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP), which provides unitholders with the ability to automatically reinvest distributions, commission-free, and realize the benefits of compound growth. Unitholders can enroll in a DRIP by contacting their investment advisers.
