BEYOND OIL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Further to the news release dated Feb. 23, 2026, Beyond Oil Ltd. concluded its special meeting of shareholders on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

The company's shareholders overwhelmingly approved the continuance of the company from the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) to the Ontario Business Corporations Act.
